It can be found in the Archives of Jorvik and you can begin the quest by searching those archives. You can interact with a lot in here, but what you’re looking for is a note on the corner of a table in the back of the archives. You’ll know you’ve found the right note because a cutscene will begin.

In the mission Closing the Vault, Audun is Vault. To the lords and women of Jorvik, he will propose a large toast. Audun will poison the food, and everyone will collapse on the floor after drinking the wine. Audun will then begin to expose his true identity.
