The country’s biggest shopping centre has banned youths wearing hooded tops to stop anti-social behaviour. The Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, which comprises more than 330 stores, yesterday brought in a “zero tolerance approach to intimidating conduct” after shoppers complained about groups of loitering teenagers.
