Does Redwood National Park have camping?
Pretty much YES! Campgrounds at Redwood National and State Parks are extremely popular and may be full at any time of year. Summer reservations are strongly recommended! All sites at Gold Bluffs Beach Campground and Elk Prairie Campground are now reservable year-round.
Is camping allowed in Redwood National forest?
Camping is the only way to stay overnight at the parks. The only way to spend the night in the parks is to stay at a developed campground (reservations recommended), or hike to a backcountry campsite (free permit required). We have no hotels or lodges in the park.
