The Austin Animal Center is open for adoptions every day from 11:00am to 7:00pm. We’re closed Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Thanksgiving Day to give our staff some time with family. Interested adopters should come to the shelter during business hours to meet with a counselor start looking for a pet who’ll be a good fit.
