Is Stanley Steemer a good brand?

Are Stanley Steemer duct cleaners any good?
Stanley Steemer came to my home to clean my air ducts, I thought the Technicians were doing a good job until I saw the commercial. They never used a brush to clean my ducts. In fact, I paid for a gel freshner and they didn’t install but they charged me. I would NEVER use them again.
