Just for others who are considering the Coop for their house insurance as you will note that they never comment or respond to reviews. No claims at all. Just like any other insurance company – none want loyal customers. Switched to another company = £228, and better cover.

I got young drivers insurance from the co-op when I first passed my test. 1 month before my insurance was for renewal, my windscreen got chipped. Being a new driver, I contacted the co-op straight away and was told they would get one of their ‘approved repairers’ out ASAP.
