It’s been a good experience I personally have enjoyed my time with Ibex, although im also not picky whatsoever. It pays the bills, coworkers are nice & supervisors are overall pretty good. Training could use some fine tuning, seems like they’re pretty unorganized.

No, unless you quit on what you think is good terms, the final decision rests in there hands. I have seen people quit after thier 2 week notice, were there everyday, did what they had too do. Then we hear from their friends that still work there they were placed as a no rehire.
