Yeah, they don’t disable achievements. But as someone else already pointed out you can’t get S+ rank with infinite ammo weapons (which means no unlocking the infinite ATM-4 or chaingun). You also can’t get the achievement for not using the item box (since you have to open the item box to get the infinite ammo weapons).
