The stoichiometric mixture for a gasoline engine is the ideal ratio of air to fuel that burns all fuel with no excess air. For gasoline fuel, the stoichiometric air–fuel mixture is about 14.7:1 i.e. for every one gram of fuel, 14.7 grams of air are required.
What should air to fuel ratio be on turbo car?

The trifecta of higher boost, optimal timing and a denser air charge can allow a given setup to produce significantly more power. What AFR is too rich?

Is 17 AFR too lean?
So, yes, if you lean out your engine, going from 12:1 to around 14:1, your engine will run a bit hotter. But 14:1 is still “rich” by stoichiometric standards. If you lean out past 14.7:1, all the way to something like 17:1, your engine will run cooler again. It just won’t run smoothly.

How much HP can you gain from E85?
Forced induction often nets the largest gains from E85, because you are not limited to just adding more spark, like an N/A engine is. More boost is a huge benefit and can net 15-25 hp per pound of boost, which means much more gains are available on forced induction versus N/A, when switching to E85.
