A “distraught” Sigmund Jorgensen said yesterday that debts of $750,000 had forced the handover of the bohemian village to a new corporate regime. A new company, Montsalvat Limited, will replace the four-person charitable trust, chaired by Mr Jorgensen, which has run Montsalvat since 1975.
