How often should you use the Rodan and Fields roller?
Use on face and/or neck at least three times a week. Gently roll the skin with 4-10 passes, changing direction with each pass. Total rolling time should be no more than one minute.
Can I use reverse and redefine together?

Drop one Purification Tablet into water and immediately immerse the AMP MD in purification solution, making sure the AMP MD handle is snapped securely into the cap of the cleansing vial and the roller head is fully submerged. Wait 15 minutes, remove the AMP MD and rinse thoroughly under very warm running water.
