Is Dragonborn DLC good?
Yes, it is very good. The magic damage-enhancing masks are quite useful for endgame characters who enjoy destruction magic, but aside from that most things will pale in comparison to ubersmithed gear.

Yes. Dragonborn people have some sort of visual alteration that makes them look more dragon-y, however, so they might have hair that ends in spikes or dreadlocks that are more like triceratops ridges rather than humanoid hair. Or they could have humanoid hair but small scales or claws.
