- Preheat grill to high (about 400°F).
- Season the fat cap of the steak, reserving 1 tsp.
- Cut your picanha steak into 1-inch strips.
- Grill over indirect heat for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
