Can I freeze my meals? We make all of our meals with the intention of being enjoyed fresh before the best-by date, but if you must freeze, we do not recommend leaving them in the freezer for longer than two weeks.

How long does the food last? It’s advised that you refrigerate the contents of your EveryPlate box as soon as possible, although ingredients can stay fresh in the box for up to 48 hours thanks to specially designed boxes with insulating liners and ice packs to ensure peak freshness.
Where do freshly meals ship from?
We make our meals in our really, really big kitchens (over 60,000-square feet!) in Phoenix, Arizona, Linden, New Jersey, and Savage, Maryland.
Do I put my freshly meals in the fridge or freezer?
We don’t use any chemical preservatives or artificial ingredients, so our shelf life can range! The meals can typically be placed in the fridge for 3-5 days or frozen for longer. Just be sure to check the physical label on each meal for the exact use-by date.
How is EveryPlate shipped?
EveryPlate delivers to most of the continental US with boxes arriving on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays (your choice). Meal kit deliveries come sealed with large ice packs and are meant to stay cold for up to 48 hours, just in case you’re not home to receive them on a particular day.
Is HelloFresh and EveryPlate the same company?
(EveryPlate is actually owned by HelloFresh and was launched in 2018 as a lower-cost alternative.) On the surface, they’re a lot alike. Both send recipes plus all the fresh ingredients you’ll need to cook up a quick and delicious dinner at home, but HelloFresh is noticeably more expensive.
