How many coats of spray paint should I use?
The number of coats needed to get full coverage when spray painting any item is at least 2 light coats, perhaps even 3 applied at different angles to make sure you are getting everything covered. More light coats are better than one heavy one, but be sure to get all the coats on within an hour.
